Cleaning agents may leave water marks on windows after we clean.  Adding window cleaning ensures any residue is removed and your view out of the house is as clear as possible.

Gutters can oxidize and end up with vertical streaks that don't come off with a cleaning, or pressure.  Our oxidation removal process can help brighten the exterior of your gutters to make them look new again.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at toby@tinydrop.ca if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Pressure washing relies on high velocity water flow to remove dirt and organic material whereas Soft-Washing relies on cleaning agents. Lower pressure prevents damaging siding, or other surfaces.

Yes to all, especially wood. Concrete is harder and may need more pressure than the others, but as it is porous it does benefit from cleaning agents. Wood can easily be damaged with too much pressure.  Siding might get pulled off the wall with too much pressure, and if oxidation is present, may leave streaks.

For washing siding, we rely on a mix of water, bleach, and soap. For most applications, we use a 1.5% mix of bleach.  To avoid damaging plants we give all vegetation a rinse of water first to help water the roots. We then apply our chemicals, and then rinse the vegetation again. Then we rinse the house.  Repeatedly diluting the chemicals is the key to preventing any damage to trees or flowers.  We take great care to ensure that we rinse liberally, and often.

It depends how big the house is. Generally, a 3-4 bedroom split entry might take 2 hours.  Most often, we are on-site for less than 3 hours.

Absolutely not.  While you are welcome to be home, it is not required.

Yes.  We connect to a homeowner's water supply using the spout you connect your hose to.
