Yes. We apply two coats of professional grade sealant to driveway surfaces after we've cleaned the concrete to give the driveway back a clean, wet look.

Yes, with context. First, any water erodes concrete over time. Applying pressure simply erodes faster. So, pressure washing will erode some material along with the grime. So, as it removes part of the concrete, it would be wrong for us to not say that is damage although it is nominal. Secondly, there is potential for pressure to enter cracks and cause damage. We assess all surfaces prior to cleaning and do two things - (1) notify the homeowner about areas of concern, and (2) treat these areas with caution.
